synopsis: 

The film is a philosophical reflection on pain, the silent companion of our everyday lives, set in the idyllic surroundings of the spa town of Rajecké Teplice. The local staff, who have already developed a certain distance from the physical burdens of their patients, allow us to glimpse behind the curtain of their own reflections on human mortality. The meditative mode of storytelling also invites the viewer to confront their own thoughts on the finiteness of existence. Together we create an illusory reality where time ceases to exist and the loudest sound is silence.
